Laurel Canyon Trackless Trolley
The Dorothy Peyton Gray Transportation Library has jumped into Web 2.0 with enthusiasm. Not only does the archive have its own Facebook account, it also posts digitized images and newsletters on Flickr. Here is a set of historic postcards from the James Rojas collection.
The Broadway tunnel photo above is a unique view of our city because that hill was demolished in the 1940s to make way for the freeway.
