Well, don't look at us! Pew recently asked a group of middle-class Americans who should be held the most accountable for their decline over the past 10 years. As you can see, the middle class themselves wound up dead last, with only 8 percent claiming a lot of responsibility. Congress was tops, at 62 percent. No surprise there. But just a sec - isn't the middle class part of the same electorate that elects those bums in Congress? So much for self-awareness. So much for self-responsibility.
