As usual, everybody and their uncle are guessing what the March job gain will be (and I do mean guessing - that's all it really is). The consensus is about 210,000 new jobs. Anything under 200,000 likely will be considered a disappointment, at least perception-wise, if only because the number starts with a 1 instead of a 2. Over 220,000 will be perceived as a plus. We'll find out Friday at 5:30 a.m. By the way, the stock market is closed tomorrow for Good Friday, so there won't be any immediate Wall Street reaction.
