Amazon's fun facts on holiday business

The online retail giant is always rather selective in disclosing sales information, such as in this list of favorite purchases during the holiday season. Notice there are no numbers attached to any of the items, especially for its Kindle line. Instead, it's calculated a bunch of goofy - and mostly useless - factoids, such as Amazon customers buying enough copies of Walter Isaacson's "Steve Jobs" book to create a stack taller than Mt. Everest. Anyway, here are the holiday best sellers:
