Protesters setting up camp at B of A Plaza

Part two of today's protests started around noon and seems to be more scatter-shot than what went on this morning. Three arrests have been made so far, reports the LAT, adding to the 23 from earlier in the day. A police spokesman tells KNX's Claudia Peschiutta that the protesters won't be moved from B of A Plaza until it's requested by the building owner. From the Times:

The group left the Occupy Los Angeles encampment in front of City Hall about noon and is headed toward the financial district. Hundreds were peacefully marching through downtown Los Angeles to protest financial inequality. Along Broadway, several businesses closed their doors and pulled down metal shutters as the group passed. Protesters yelled, "You are the 99 percent" to LAPD officers returning to their cars. Several protesters clapped for the police.

Here's the video feed from NBC LA.

From LAist:

The protest is now centered at the Bank of America plaza. Many of the participants who are affiliated with groups like the SEIU (in purple shirts) or Good Jobs LA (in white shirts) have left the protest, saying they do not want to be involved in a confrontation with authorities. The LAPD are at the protest scene, organized and prepared to intervene and make arrests as they deem necessary.
