Another one of those lurching days, with stock technicians basically saying that after three weeks of big losses, the markets were due for a turnaround. How long that continues is another matter, what with Europe's future continuing to zigzag on an almost daily basis. Good news is that the U.S. economy seems to be holding up. The Dow finished at 11,523, up 2.6 percent on the day.
