Cal State trustees vote to increase tuition

Lots of nastiness surrounding the meeting this morning in Long Beach, with whistle-blowing protesters having to be ejected. LAT also reports that several people were taken into custody after a group tried to storm the meeting room, shattering a glass door. The vote was 9-6 and it was taken behind closed doors. Look for demonstrations this afternoon.
