I realize it's sick to think in those terms, but that's the way this crowd operates (or at least their handlers do). From Forbes writer Dorothy Pomerantz:
Despite any heartache, the divorce could be good business for the Kardashian brand. Much of the reality star's fame is based on her E! show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In order to get people to keep watching the show, the sisters need to supply a steady stream of romance, heart break and baby drama. Not only does a divorce goose story lines, it will also practically guarantee more magazine covers for Kim as she gives exclusives about her sad, sad divorce. That helps keep the Kardashians in the spotlight which again, helps draw viewers for the show.
