This is shaping up to be another wacky session - the Dow opened up over 100 points, but is now down about 40 points. Investors don't know where to turn. As for the employment report, a gain of 117,000 jobs (154,000 in the private sector) gets back to the levels earlier this year, and points to sluggish and choppy growth. Here's the BLS release.
