L.A. most expensive city for sushi

That's according to something called the Sushinomics Cost-of-Living Index (via Bloomberg), and it's based on a survey of prices for spicy tuna and California rolls at restaurants in 27 major cities. With 100 as the index, L.A. is at 126.63 (or 27 percent above the average price), followed by NY, SF, Minneapolis, and Austin. Cheapest cities were Charlotte, N.C., Columbus, Ohio; Portland, Oregon; New Orleans; and Princeton, N.J. Columbus? Well, maybe we're confusing cheap with good, considering all the sushi-type fish that's brought into L.A. from Asia. Anyway, here's the rundown:

New York 120.97
San Francisco 117.44
