Zsa Zsa's estate is up for sale

gabor.jpg But not for $28 million, the number that Gabor and her husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, initially had in mind. The Bel-Air property, which includes a 6,393-square foot Hollywood Regency-style house on about an acre of land, is being priced at $15 million. The place has a staff wing, pool, rooftop terrace and great views. From Forbes:

Gabor, 94, purchased the four bedroom, five bath mansion in the 1970s. She has claimed that both Elvis Presley and Howard Hughes called the place home before she moved in, though Coldwell Bankers Previews says that information has yet to be verified. The 1955 abode, detailed with French moldings and French doors, has been the site of countless high-profile parties thrown by the actress-turned-socialite, including a dinner party attended by Queen Elizabeth of England and former First Wife Nancy Reagan. Gabor, whose health has been waning in recent years, is famous for movies like 1952′s Moulin Rouge and for nine marriages including one to Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton Hotels chain. The house pays homage to her glamorous Tinseltown lifestyle through painted portraits, awards on display, hanging plaques and photos of her posing with countless 20th century royals and presidents.

Gabor has been gravely ill for months.
