Poor neighbors - the 9,000-square-foot home in the gated community of Mulholland Estates has has an outdoor bar and kitchen, two terraces, and a heated veranda that overlooks a swimming pool. There is also a library, butler's pantry and a formal dining room. Oh, and six bedrooms. Meadavoy bought the place in September for $6 million and listed it in February at $7.5 million.
