Is everyone just obsessed with this woman's exploits, or is she the one who is obsessed about staying within sights of the paparazzi? In the latest installment, she is supposedly unloading the Bev Hills property in order to simplify her life, says People magazine. Lots of luck, honey. Aniston bought the home in late 2006 for $13.5 million from art collector Rossette Delug, says Real Estate Stalker (via Curbed LA). Since then, she's gussied up the place quite a bit, but I wouldn't count on getting $42 million. Meanwhile, Aniston has been seen shopping around for a place in NY's West Village.
