For the fifth week in a row, L.A. gas prices have risen, though this week's increase was only a couple of pennies or so. An average gallon of regular is now $3.349, according to the government's weekly survey. Higher prices have led to some concern about a potential new drag on the recovery, though we're still quite a ways from the summer of 2008, when a single gallon of regular was around $4.60.
