Ralphs is bringing back the popular promotion after two years - but only through November 25. So a customer with a 75-cent coupon will get $1.50 off and a $1 coupon will get $2 off (any coupon that's more than buck will be used at face value). Ralphs discontinued the double coupons in 2008 by promising lower prices - much to the displeasure of many shoppers. (OC Register)
