Nevada remains tops at 14.2 percent in October, followed by Michigan (12.8 percent) and then California (12.4 percent), unchanged for the month. By the way, it's a balmy 7 degrees right now in Fargo; light snow is forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Here's the BLS report.
