Well, at least according to this chart of Google searches. After topping out in late summer, the phrase is coming up much less frequently. Makes sense: More folks are spending and the housing market has been showing signs of life. Of course, it helps if you have a job. (h/t Eddy Elfenbein and Business Insider)
