The billionaire entrepreneur, whose entire career has had a show business flair, is launching a film and television development company called Virgin Produced. Based in L.A., Branson's new enterprise is a joint venture with Relativity Media's Rogue Pictures. His most visible entertainment venture up to now has been Virgin Records.
