Price on movie star home takes dip

The oceanfront Sunset Beach house that had been home to Sandra Bullock and Jesse James is now listed at $4,995,000, down $1.7 million or so from when it first went on the market in April. As everybody knows, the couple's divorce has been finalized, and Bullock is back in Austin, Texas. James, who owns the 3,626-square foot house, wants to leave OC, reports the Register. The house, which James bought in 2003 for $3.5 million, has four bedrooms, a large media room, glass-enclosed swimming pool with ambient mood lighting, and a three-car garage. The master bath shower has glass walls, for ocean views. Oh, and lots of security cameras.
