He's the former moneyman at L.A.-based TCW who was fired and then formed his own firm, Doubleline Capital . According to a lawsuit filed by TCW, he's also the guy accused of having pot, hardcore porn and sexual devices in his office - as well as taking with him proprietary information. In his CNBC interview, Gundlach says that TCW is using the lawsuit to compete against his new firrm.
