All right, $995. The made-to-order, hand-sewed jeans are called Resurrection and they're part of the L.A.-based Hudson line. "It brings the couture world back to denim," designer Ben Taverniti tell Los Angeles magazine. Not too long ago, I discovered that $500+ jeans were a tough sell, but this takes matters to a new level. So how are they selling? Orders "are very small," admits a media rep.
