A three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed a federal judge's ruling that struck down the city of L.A.'s ban on new supergraphics, billboards, and freeway-facing signs. The court also reversed injunctions that blocked the city from removing the unpermitted signs. An attorney for World Wide Rush, which has supergraphics throughout the city, is talking about an appeal. Ah, the saga that never ends. (LAT)
