Skewers is among a list of restaurants listed under Delaware North's bid for a food and beverage concession contract at LAX. If a contract is awarded, then Delaware North would operate the restaurant while the Food Network would be charged with developing the menu and training employees how to cook the recipes.
The airport commission will be announcing its selections for retail and restaurant concession contracts in Terminals 4, 5, 7 and 8. After that, airport officials will seek concession bids for the remaining terminals.
