Doesn't Sen. Jim Bunning remind you a little of Henry Potter in "It's a Wonderful Life"? Bad enough that he's holding up legislation to extend jobless benefits for hundreds of thousands of out-of-work Americans, a piece of filibustering so onerous that even Republicans have been objecting. But unlike the other heartless conservatives who are waaaaay too boring to get all that worked up over, Bunning has a grouchiness that's genuine - and kind of scary. Here he's going after an ABC News crew, at one point (out of camera range) giving the middle finger to a producer. Cool - at last a bad guy we can love to hate!
