The good news is you got nominated for Best Picture. The bad news is that if you might not get credit, which means you won't be able to walk up to that stage and thank the world. Only three producers are allowed to accept the Best Picture award, a rule that has aced out any number of folks on their big night. This year, both "The Hurt Locker" and "The Blind Side" do not have producer nominees listed. Nikki Finke has some backstory about "The Hurt Locker" at Deadline.com:
There are 4 producers on the film, and because the Best Picture Academy Award rarely goes to more than three, someone stands the chance of becoming a bridesmaid, even though both BAFTA and the Producer's Guild approved all 4 for their awards. The film's listed producers are line producer Greg Shapiro, director Kathryn Bigelow, writer Mark Boal, and Voltage Pictures partner Nicolas Chartier. Sources tell me that Chartier risks being the odd man out.
Producer credit was a big deal in 1999, when Harvey Weinstein accepted the Best Picture award for "Shakespeare in Love" even though he had very little to do with the actual production. The three-producer rule became a problem for "Crash" and "Little Miss Sunshine."
