Yesterday came and went without my having a chance to make note of the LAO and LABO redesigns. Kevin had been squirreled away for much of the holidays making it happen (it's the third or fourth redesign of the site since 2003). Most of the changes are on the main page of LA Observed and are aimed at better displaying the offerings throughout the site. You'll notice that LA Biz Observed headlines have a more prominent position - and yes, there's even a mug shot of yours truly. Another big change for LABO: photos! I had been leaning on the faulty premise that business sites can look gray and boring because, well, they're just business sites. Coming soon are more charts, an improved mobile version, printer templates and a bunch of other cool stuff. Anyway, hope you like the changes.
