Incredibly, stocks opened sharply lower in the opening minutes of trading - despite a coordinated move by central banks all over the world to cut interest rates by up to half a percent. But the Dow has made a quick turnaround and at last check was up more than 120 points (it's bouncing all over the place). Stocks are due for a big rally.
