This one speaks volumes about how frivolousness is soooo over. WSJ reports that the offering price of a monster home in Agoura that was used in the ABC series "The Bachelor" has been sliced by 33 percent. The 8,000-square-foot rustic Italian-style home is now going for $8.75 million, down from just under $13 million. The property covers 10 acres and its pool area has a built-in bar and an arched "aqueduct" with several waterfalls and fountains.
