The company didn't ship out any DVDs either Tuesday or this morning and only about half the normal volume on Wednesday. Here's the intriguing part: Netflix says it doesn't know the cause of the problem within the company's shipping system (the Web site is operational and returns are being handled without trouble). No word yet on when they might be back to normal, but in the meantime customers are being sent emails notifying them of the holdup. Here's the WSJ post.
