Check out "Which Way, L.A?" tonight at 7 on KCRW. Warren Olney brings together several folks to discuss the conduct of Alex Kozinski, chief judge on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. On tap are Patterico's Patrick Frey, who posted a letter written by Kozinski's wife's that criticized the LAT's coverage of her husband, LAT reporter Scott Glover, and legal analyst Eugene Volokh. A panel of federal judges will investigate Kozinski, who posted sexually explicit material on his Web site (his wife Marcy Tiffany says there was no Web site, just a folder of miscellaneous stuff on a server used to share files). Kozinski declared a mistrial last week in that big obscenity case he was hearing.
