That had been the name used for various entertainment divisions within the Mouse House. Bloomberg News reports that everything Buena Vista will be changed to just plain Disney, an effort to simplify branding and reduce costs. Most of the company's units will now be Disney, ABC or ESPN, although the Pixar and Miramax film studio names will still be used. Buena Vista is named for the street where the Disney studios and corporate HQs are located. CBS is taking a similar approach with its various units.
