There's a lot of rumble in the newsroom these days about people moving here to there - and some of it is actually in plain sight. Like former Tribune design/innovation guru Tony Majeri being escorted around by editor Jim O'Shea. Majeri left the Tribune a year or two back and is currently a newspaper design consultant. There certainly is a lot happening in the LAT design arena, including a makeover that's been going on since 1962, by my count. More design work is apparently required as the paper goes to a narrower measure. And there's the Web, of course.
