Scenes of DTLA in the rain

6th Street, Arts District.

It rained for more than two hours steadily over downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, and for man more hours the skies dripped. It was such a rare, mostly welcome and celebratory event in DTLA that some pictures are called for.
