Wouldn't you know it. Just a few days after a lot more people finally began believing the drought is serious, nature is delivering a storm from the Gulf of Alaska. It will likely just confuse people rather than bring much water, but it will bring some. The front is expected to reach Southern California on Tuesday and drop as much as an inch of rain. Local mountains could get two to four inches of snow down to 4,500 feet. Then it will pass.
It has already been raining and snowing in Northern California.
