Bill Cosby and rape go together at Skylight Books

The staffers at Skylight Books in Los Feliz leave no doubt how they feel about Bill Cosby and the allegations of sexual drugging and rape piling up against the performer. On the staff's recommendation shelf on Saturday, Mark Whitaker's Cosby biography — which somehow manages to leave out even the long-known accusations — sat right next to Jody Raphael's 2013 argument against rape denial: Rape is Rape: How Denial, Distortion, and Victim Blaming are Fueling a Hidden Acquaintance Rape Crisis.
