And the Garcettis sell their Silver Lake house

Mayor Eric Garcetti and Amy Wakeland have reportedly sold their six-bedroom, five-bath home on Hidalgo Avenue in Silver Lake to Anthony Gonzalez of the band M83. This is not the Echo Park home where Garcetti lived for most of the time he was on the City Council and which was featured in Dwell magazine. The Garcettis bought the Silver Lake home in 2011 and in April had put it up for lease at $8,500 a month. The selling price has not been disclosed. More pics at Curbed LA.

The Garcettis now live at Getty House, the official residence in Windsor Square.
