Raindrops on Ocean Park Boulevard. LA Observed.
It felt very weird to have a few splatters on the car windshield. Ten minutes later, a few more drops hit our breakfast table. Alert the networks! They can get those Storm Watch chyrons ready.
The National Weather Service is noting trace amounts of moisture here and there in California. There is some weather forecasting for a bit of snow fall in the Sierra, and possibly some light rain, later this week. Sadly, it means nothing for the drought (even less than the cold winters back East saying anything about climate change or global warming.)
