Video: Emerging from the tornado shelter in Moore *

Live stream from KFOR in Oklahoma City

After the tornado passed today in Moore, Oklahoma, one family opened its shelter and looked onto a vanished neighborhood. Whoever is holding the camera seems stunned into silence, at first.

woman-tornado-oklahoman.jpgThe news tonight from Oklahoma is grim. Officials confirm 91 dead so far, with search efforts continuing, after one of the largest storms ever recorded in Tornado Alley flattened a wide swath of Moore. The toll includes at least 20 children and the toll may grow at Plaza Towers Elementary School, which was blown apart by the tornado. Residents have been told to leave Moore for the night. Authorities are working to reunite children and parents.

* Tuesday morning update: Officials revised the death toll downward, confirming 24 and estimating there may be more.
