Lu Parker hits the banked track

KTLA reporter Lu Parker is doing some time on skates with the Derby Dolls for a piece on Thursday night's 10 p.m. news on Channel 5. She posted the photo to Twitter (the one above is cropped) with this exhortation: "I try to conquer the track...Tomorrow night @KTLA Thursday 10p @LADerbyDolls This was a RIDE!!!" Parker is in the blue shirt.

Of course, she's not the first LA media person to skate with the Derby Dolls.
