City Councilman Eric Garcetti plans to "outline some of his thoughts on the future of Los Angeles" in a Thursday evening address at Los Angeles City College. Garcetti's campaign is billing the 6 p.m. speech in the school's Camino Theater as a chance to hear the candidate put forth "some ideas he would deploy as L.A.'s next mayor to move our city forward."
