When Frank Zappa joined Beethoven and Bach in Claremont

U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter gave the commencement speech last month at Pomona College and hinted that he may know a thing or two about a long ago prank at Claremont's Bridges Auditorium.

it was 1972. One day the friezes on the facade of Big Bridges got a new entry. There next to Beethoven, Bach and Wagner was the name and unmistakable face of...Mr. Frank Zappa. The culprits were never determined.
