The Montreal Canadiens of hockey crossed over the sports lines to put on a classy pre-game tribute to Gary Carter the other night. The team mascot even donned an Expos cap and jersey. The whole thing aired on Canadian Broadcasting but not in the U.S., so Deadspin posted the video. Carter, the Hall of Fame catcher for the Expos who grew up in Fullerton and played one season for the Dodgers, died last week at age 57.
