Music in the Bradbury Building

bradbury-vertical-dacamera.jpgThe Da Camera Society's Chamber Music in Historic Sites series certainly will live up to the latter part of its name with Saturday's shows. How about inside the Bradbury Building at Broadway and 3rd Street? The visuals are the thing at the Bradbury — I think my whole row gasped at the beauty of its appearance on screen in "The Artist" — but the acoustics also feel to me like part of the drama. Well, on Saturday the Grammy nominated Trio Mediaeval will perform at 3 and 5 p.m. "Singing doesn’t get more unnervingly beautiful,” the San Francisco Chronicle said of the all-female Norwegian troupe when they sang up there. Tickets for Saturday are $39 and $43.
