DUI charge dropped in Randy Michaels case

Just to close the circle in a story we reported earlier. Police had 90 days to tidy up the paperwork after former Tribune CEO boss Randy Michaels was arrested last October while driving in a construction zone, apparently under the influence of something. Today was day 91 so the DUI charge was dropped, according to Cincinnati.com. Michaels did plead guilty to a construction zone violation and paid about $60 in fines and court costs.
