Mountain lion cubs found under car in Burbank

cougar-cubs-burbank.jpgThe pair of 5-pound cougars discovered beneath a parked car on Orange Grove Avenue apparently had not eaten in two weeks. They were taken to the California Wildlife Center in Calabasas. So I guess this changes what officials thought they knew about how many mountain lions roam the Verdugo Mountains? By the way, residents were apparently poking at the cubs with sticks when police arrived Tuesday morning. News-Press
