What's that, half a million people in the Los Angeles metropolitan area bedding down for a second night without electricity? The utilities are saying it could still be a couple of days before some people get their power back. The mayor of Temple City was just on TV saying his city remains mostly dark tonight. There's still a lot of untangling of downed power lines that has to occur there and along the San Gabriel Mountain foothills. Edison says it has about 188,000 customers without power, the Los Angeles DWP about 102,000. Here's the community breakdown for L.A. as of 11 p.m.:
