Wilshire and Barrington condo project shrinks in size

wilshire-barrington-curbed.jpgThe 28-story condo tower once proposed for the vacant northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Barrington Avenue on the edge of Brentwood has been downscaled. It will now be a six-story apartment building, according to developer California Landmark, per Curbed L.A. "A high-rise condominium tower does not work in today's market," says the release. Work has begun at the corner after years of inactivity.
