Anyone notice the bizarro temps this afternoon? As of a few minutes ago it was nine degrees warmer at the beach — and in Downtown — than at Van Nuys Airport in the center of the Valley. Also: Kevin Ferguson at KPCC finds the city's red flag warning maps more than a little deficient. With exclamation marks!
