Mayor Antonio Villaraiogsa got a nice long chunk of free time on CNN's "State of the Union" with Candy Crowley Sunday and said, among other things, that the number one problem facing the city of Los Angeles today is "preparing our workers for the 21st century." He's interviewed in the construction zone for the improvements at the LAX international terminal.
