It's Alexander Bustamante, a prosecutor in the Major Frauds Section of the U.S. Attorney's office, where he has worked since 2002. He is the replacement for Nicole Bershon, who announced in July that she was leaving after about a year on the job. Bustamante starts Nov. 16.
